Hi! I’m Alex. I’m five months old. I like all the toys I find at my foster home and carry them around the house and yard. And I love to chase the water stream from the hose!

I didn’t get much training at the place where I was born, but I’m a really fast learner. My foster dad says I’ve figured out the yard is a good place to potty but I still get confused sometimes. Keep in mind I’m still a puppy and will need a lot of daily work from you to learn the ropes. Speaking of ropes, I’m getting used to the leash but the concept is new to me.

One thing I absolutely love to do is snuggle. I may have a lot of energy during the day for fetching a ball (that’s the one thing I have already mastered) but I just love to curl up next to my foster parents and sleep while they watch TV after dinner. I could do that for hour and hours!

I will need a fenced yard in which to play safely and explore, and an owner who is patient and active. While I do really well in my crate at night, I would go bonkers if I had to stay in a crate all day too. 

I like other dogs if they’re nice to me, but I don’t think I’ve met a cat yet but I’m sure I will like the cat but not sure if it will like me!
