Hi Friends-My name is “Hobie”! I’m a 2 1/2 year old Happy Boy with Plenty of Energy. At 77 lbs, Running and Exercise will be key in my Daily Routine. Coming from Apartment Living to my Foster’s Home, I have discovered what a wonderful thing a Backyard can be! Losing 5 lbs is going to be a Breeze!

🎾 Play is my Best Asset! I’ll happily bring you toys while you’re working, fetch a ball and bring it back, and show off my tricks (sit, lay down, spin, paw, other paw, wait!).

🏡 My house manners? Nailed it. Potty-trained ✅ Kennel-trained ✅ I don’t jump on furniture or counter surf ✅ I walk well on a leash (a little more training will make me even better!).

🐶 Now that you know all my Best Assets…I need to be upfront-I’m a Work in Progress on my Socialization Journey. Every time I meet new people I  Bark….but I warm up quickly if you let “Me Come to You”! My New Family must understand my current behavior of things I am leary of and continue to work with me on learning best ways to improve my behaviors when being confronted with new people, places and circumstances. My friends at GRRH think a home where I am an Only Dog with No Kids will be my best place to live.
